Hello everyone and welcome to the Pillowing Pile group! I notice we have a lot of new faces around here and we're very excited you're here.

AJ speaking here. I've been personally having a really hard time lately. I know I wasn't alone. When I came out of my own personal bubble I can see that all spot in the web everyone has been feeling pretty down the last few months. 2016 was a really hard year. This year hasn't had a rocking start either for a lot of us. So... I got to thinking. It's just really right about now we all just need some reminding. That we're not alone. That there are others out there. That there is still good and it's still worth looking for it.

And then this idea came to me. If I want good things to happen, maybe I need to give everything a bit of a push. There just isn't a lot one single disabled artist can do, but luckily I own a species that does nothing but literally comfort you. And that's why for a limited time I want to give everyone the chance to pick up their very own starter pillowing. Pillowings for me personally have been... Such an amazing experience. Never did I imagine making up a single comfort character for myself during the years of undiagnosis would result for them literally taking care of me to this day. What was a personal comfort, now is something I get to share with so many of you who like me? Just need something soft to lean on. Something to smile about. Just... something that is yours.

I really hope this event can help bring a lot of smiles to people you care about. Pillowings are here to care and comfort! We love and appreciate you all who have been such a wonderful help in out community and creatively inspiring us to keep working harder. ❤
